We understand the importance of nurturing our employees through the support of our SaaS community. Therefore, we are introducing the first edition of YouniGrow, a mentorship program designed to invest in our team's potential while promoting a culture of ongoing personal and professional development. Additionally, the program seeks to provide Younium with fresh insights into business growth and development.

For this first edition, six mentees have been selected based on their performance and alignment with our core company values.

We’re excited to introduce one of our mentees, Viktor Falk Jimenez, whom I interviewed about YouniGrow. 

What’s your role at Younium?

Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager, Information Security Manager. There are different hats to wear at Younium if you are looking for a challenge. 🙂

Please name a fun fact about yourself.

My first SaaS job was at Offerta.se in 2010. My job was to figure out how to invoice our customers. Our office was one floor below the current Younium office. I feel like my current job is like going full circle. 🔄

Name a person you admire.

Everyone involved in some kind of nonprofit work, like the sports coaches I had growing up. Now that I have my own kids, I realize how important those people were to me and how important they are to my daughters and society. Role models matter.

From a business perspective, I look up to Ingvar Kamprad. For leadership, I think Svennis is inspiring. Everyone who has worked with him talks so warmly about him.

What are your expectations about the mentorship program?

I want to understand how to be better at my job and in my career. Or maybe defining what is good and how to be good.

What field/area would you like to grow/develop during the mentorship program?

Product management from a strategic perspective is very interesting. How to be operational, strategical, and tactical from a product management perspective.
