Customer Success at Younium
Being a part of the Customer Success team at Younium will be rewarding, varied, and exciting! We are responsible for all processes after the customers are onboarded. Our main areas are:
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services. Also, ensure customer renewals and drive customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, issues, and potential roadblocks.
- Educate and support customers on how to best use our services.
