Supporting Growth at Younium: Stories from Our Team
At Younium, we believe in fostering an environment where everyone can grow. We spoke with three of our team members—Hanna, Henrik, and Jessica—about their journeys at Younium. Their stories highlight how a supportive culture, meaningful challenges, and trust in individual potential can contribute to professional development.
Hanna: From Intern to Marketing Coordinator
Hanna began at Younium as a marketing intern and quickly made an impact. Within a year, she was promoted to Marketing Coordinator—proof of her hard work and dedication.
Q: You’ve gone from intern to Marketing Coordinator in just under a year! How has your role changed, and were there any projects or milestones that really helped you grow?
Hanna: It’s been an exciting journey! I started as an intern in February 2023 while still studying. I quickly transitioned to a part-time role, and by February 2024, I was full-time. That’s when things really took off. I took on more responsibilities, led projects, and tackled new challenges. Highlights include the two webinars we organized last fall and the SaaS Trends 2025 Project, which pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.
Q: How has Younium’s culture influenced your growth?
Hanna: Younium’s culture has played a big part in my growth. It’s a fun place to work, and the people make it even better. The company’s values, like teamwork and transparency, are reflected in how we work every day. I always feel included and valued in an open environment where everyone supports each other. Plus, the flexible hybrid/remote setup has helped me stay motivated and productive.
Q: What’s something you’re really proud of achieving during your time here?
Hanna: I’m particularly proud of the SaaS Trends 2025 Project, which became our most downloaded gated content ever! I’m also proud of creating some of our best-performing ads—and let’s not forget our Friday Memes. They’ve been a fun way to make complex topics more relatable!
Hanna’s Advice: My tip is simple—dare to try new things! Some of my best results have come from experimenting with fresh ideas. Also, never hesitate to ask questions. The more you engage with different teams, the more growth opportunities you’ll create.

Q: What first attracted you to Younium, and how have your thoughts about the company evolved?
Henrik: Initially, I was drawn to Younium because of its small start-up environment and the fun, energetic team. Over the years, I’ve seen the company mature significantly, which has been exciting to witness. While the growth has brought new challenges and opportunities, it has maintained the dynamic and collaborative culture that originally attracted me.
Q: How has Younium’s culture influenced your growth?
Henrik: Younium’s culture of trust has played a significant role in my growth. Despite having no prior experience in management, the company believed in my abilities and gave me the opportunity to learn and lead. This trust not only helped me grow into my role but also fostered a strong sense of accountability and confidence. I believe that empowering employees is a cornerstone of Younium’s success.
Q: Can you share a project that significantly impacted your growth?
Henrik: One project that had a significant impact on my growth was a payment integration with Stripe, my first major project. This challenge pushed me to implement new features while experimenting with different technologies and ideas. The freedom to explore and innovate expanded my technical skills and taught me how to approach complex problems systematically, all while working effectively under pressure.
Henrik’s Tip: To succeed at Younium, adaptability is key—what works for a small team may not scale as the company grows. Listening well is crucial to effective collaboration. Most importantly, trust: when you trust your employees, they’ll trust you back and do their best work.
