Meet Ignacy who is working from Kraków

He likes to start his mornings with a clear structure. 

"Feeding the cats, daily standup, breakfast and coffee, teeth brushing and a quick walk to the office are my priority (and ordered!) tasks every morning"

Here at the office is where Ignacy makes things happen. He works hard to ensure the best performance of our software, bringing a progressive mindset and a can-do attitude to every challenge. 

Ignacy's favorite rituals include a coffee on the balcony and after-lunch billiards — where he is currently on a three-times winning streak! 

Klara from Stockholm, on the other hand, embraces more spontaneous mornings

"As a full time single mom, my mornings are often a bit chaotic. After I drop Adele off at preschool, I always have my first morning coffee and make a list of the most important tasks I need to execute for the day." 

A lunchtime run helps her reset and often sparks ideas for the next pitch or LinkedIn post.

"Occasionally my cat Saga jumps on the window and wants me to let her in, she's often on point with this while I'm in the middle of a customer call"

Klara’s team is driven and ambitious, with just the right touch of goofiness:

"We have a lot of fun together, which is much needed, because working in sales can be challenging. There’s always plenty of laughter when we kick off our Monday sales start-up calls which always puts you in a good mood when kicking off the week."

Six hours later, Kasey starts her day in Philadelphia

After getting her kids ready for school, she begins her day in her personal workspace.

For her, the right playlist sets the tone for a focused and energized day, dedicated to supporting customers in achieving their goals through Younium.

Linda, working fully remotely, starts her day walking her cocker spaniel Samy

Then she has her breakfast while going through emails and Slack messages in her home office setup.

Being surrounded by other ambitious colleagues who look out for one another helps her stay motivated throughout the day:

"What I love most about our team is the trust and transparency — we’re always there for each other, laughing a lot, and feel more like friends than colleagues, even though we all work remotely."

Alan shared a peek into his workday from Amsterdam

His mornings start with black coffee and sometimes an early gym session plus a protein shake.

He really enjoys team office days because reconnecting in person with his driven teammates gives his innovation and motivation a real boost. 

"Nothing I enjoy more than a lunch break from my balcony or the office terrace"

Irina took us through her typical workday in Malmö

"I start my day by checking in on new customer inquiries and organizing my priorities to make sure the most urgent issues are handled first. A little planning (and a good cup of coffee) goes a long way in setting the tone."

"This week was definitely a challenging one with a heavier workload, but what made me smile was how we all supported each other through it. We kept the mood light by sending funny gifs and offering words of encouragement, which really helped us push through."
