We're seeking a hands-on IT professional to join our growing team and manage support the Younium’s employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer Office 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, and configurations.
- Manage endpoint devices via Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, including antivirus tools and system vulnerabilities.
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, setting up or removing user access and hardware.
- Maintain and optimize internal IT tools, including collaboration and AI tools.
- Document IT processes and maintain updated technical guides for the team.
- Manage user permissions and access controls across various platforms.
- Monitor IT budget and spending, optimizing costs for software and hardware.
- Oversee hardware inventory, ensuring proper lifecycle management and availability.
- Apply SOC 2 Security requirements on company systems
Requirements and Technical Skills:
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, including Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
- Experience with administration of SharePoint/Confluence/Notion
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Windows/Mac OS support
- Familiarity with IT asset management
- Basic networking knowledge

📍 Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position. This role will be based in Stockholm with a hybrid remote setup.
