What you will do:

You will design, implement, and maintain backend systems using C# and the .NET framework. You will integrate large-language-model augmented development workflows, working with AI copilots (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot or GPT) while enforcing guardrails for security, testing and maintainability. 

You will apply fundamental development patterns and best practices across our systems. You will diagnose complex problems and deliver robust, high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, QA and other engineering team members, communicate clearly across functions and contribute to the team’s shared goals.

You are probably a talented, experienced software developer looking for your next
challenge. We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our app team.
If you have at least 5 years of experience in software development and a
passion for creating innovative solutions, we want to hear from you!

Must have:

• Senior .NET-developer (C#) with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with LLM-augmented development: a disciplined engineering approach that pairs senior .NET expertise with AI copilots (Cursor/Copilot/GPT) to increase throughput and quality, with explicit guardrails for security, testing, and maintainability.
• Knowledge and understanding of fundamental development patterns and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have:

• Frontend knowledge (we primarily use Angular)
• Database and SQL skills (we primarily use Azure SQL Server)
• Domain knowledge in FinTech (Invoicing, Payments, Dunning, Quoes, CRM systems, etc).

📍 Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position. This role will be based in Krakow or Malmö with a hybrid remote setup.
