Why your role matters to us
We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Specialist to join our Amsterdam team and help us continue delivering outstanding results for our customers. Your experience in consulting, technical implementation, or solutions engineering will be key to driving customer success with Younium’s solutions. 🌟
What you’ll do:
- Lead onboardings and rollouts for new Younium customers
- Deliver consulting services to existing customers and guide them in best practices, subscription management, and how they can increase their value from Younium
- Design and configure tailored solutions for each client
- Train the customers in Younium to ensure a successful onboarding experience and go-live readiness
- Become an expert on our platform and industry standards
- Understand customer needs and relay insights to our product team to shape future enhancements
- Contribute to our transparent culture by sharing updates, issues, and ideas internally
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product development teams to continuously improve our offerings
About you:
While enthusiasm and a drive to learn go a long way, having the following will set you up for success:
- 5+ years of experience in Software/SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Degree in Finance or Experience / Good knowledge of Finance, Bookkeeping, and Billing processes
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Background as a technical Project Manager, Consultant, or Solutions Specialist
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences

We are currently a team of 65 people working in Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, Krakow, and remotely.
