SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF B2B SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES
More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced B2B subscriptions and in turn manage the financial operations and reporting.

The role 🤹🏽
You will play an important role in ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them in maximizing the value of Younium and helping them achieve their business objectives. 🎯 The ideal candidate has a consulting, CSM, and business analysis background. This role is for our office based in Stockholm, Malmö, or Amsterdam.
- Understand customer needs and requirements through active listening, probing questions, and observing body language and nonverbal cues.
- Commercially responsible (renewals, grow accounts etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services. Also, ensure customer renewals and drive customer retention.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, issues, and potential roadblocks. Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Educate and support customers, on how to best use our services.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application.
- Contribute to our products and services' continuous development by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
Who are you?
- You have 3-5 years of proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM software, and/or Subscription Management software is a must-have in this role.
- You are equipped with strong writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate information to individuals in a variety of roles, including those with technical and non-technical understanding.
- Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement for this role. German is a bonus.
- If you have an overall knowledge of the financial processes in a company - "quote to cash", that is considered great knowledge for this role.

📆 ⏰ starting date for this position will preferably be ASAP.
📍 Please note that we do not offer any kind of relocation package nor will we be recruiting outside of the EU for this position. This role will be based in Stockholm, Malmö, or Amsterdam with a hybrid remote setup.
