Now we're hiring a Growth & Marketing Operations Lead to lead demand generation and marketing execution across North/West Europe and North America.
This is a hybrid leadership role combining people management, marketing operations, performance marketing, and strategic planning. You are the team lead for six marketing professionals while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the VP of Marketing to accelerate growth.
Role Focus
40% Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach and develop a hybrid marketing team, conduct performance reviews, align priorities, and drive quarterly marketing plans.
40% Marketing Operations & Growth: Own marketing operations, performance marketing, lead management, attribution, reporting, and process optimization. Also execute some own projects.
10-20% Strategic Planning: Partner with the VP of Marketing on strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and new growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
Drive marketing initiatives that contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
Build scalable processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
Enable the team to work smarter and faster through AI-powered tools and automation.
Partner with Demand Generation Managers and Sales on GTM planning, pipeline marketing, and data analysis.
Collaborate with Sales leaders on forecasting and pipeline performance.
Work with Product Marketing to create self-serve buyer journeys that reduce sales dependency.
Align Product, Sales, and Customer Success around Younium's growth objectives.
Travel approximately 3-4 days/quarterly, mainly within Europe.
What We're Looking for
Extensive B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years leading teams.
Experience marketing to international markets, ideally the UK, Germany, or North America.
Strong expertise in Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing, attribution, KPIs, and HubSpot.
Proven use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable) to improve efficiency and marketing outcomes.
Highly analytical and data-driven.
Experience in SaaS/subscription businesses with longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes.
Relevant university degree or equivalent higher education.

📍 Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the Europe for this position. This role will be based in preferably Sweden or Holland with a hybrid or remote setup, but we are not limited to these countries as we can offer consultancy or EOR contracts in another European country, which then would make the role fully remote with travels.
