What you will do:

• Source candidates, organize, and lead the full recruitment processes.
• Ensure we maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
• Improve our internal P&C processes, tools & way of working.
• Supporting the organization in HR matters. You'll support both employees and managers daily. 
• Lead and execute on P&C initiatives.

Our current Head of People & Culture will begin parental leave, and you’ll take on the HR responsibilities in her absence. In this HR role, you’ll own everything from hiring top talent to shaping and delivering on the company's people strategy and culture.

Must have:

• 3-5 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an IT/SaaS company. Recruiting for one or several of these roles is a must: B2B/Tech Sales and Marketing, Developers, Customer Relations/Customer Success, and Specialist roles within product management.
• Degree in Business Administration, HRM, or another relevant field.
• Previous experience in supporting managers in an HR Business Partner role (or similar). 
• A good understanding of HR metrics and analytics (Retention, time to hire, eNPS, cNPS, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (bonus if you speak Dutch or German).

Nice to have:

• Experience in a role where Performance Management was part of your responsibilities (for example, feedback, performance reviews, L&D, etc). 
• A good understanding of finance, payroll, and legal.
• Skills in various sourcing methodologies (i.e, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Experiences in social selling, i.e, for Recruitment and Employer Branding purposes.
• Experience in tools like Teamtailor, HaileyHR, and Alva Labs.

📍 Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position. This role will be based in Stockholm with a hybrid remote setup.
