The role 🤹🏽
We are looking for a Solutions Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate has a consulting, technical implementation, or solutions engineering background. This role is for our office based in Stockholm or Amsterdam.
Your days can somewhat look like this:
- Understand customer needs and requirements through active listening, probing questions, and observing body language and nonverbal cues.
- Implement and roll out Younium to new customers.
- Ensure customer engagement by leading workshops.
- Effectively communicate complex technical information to customers in a way that is easy to understand.
- Educate and support customers, on how to best use our products and services.
- Contribute to our products and services' continuous development by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and services to be able to effectively address customer concerns. Also, develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application.
Who are you?
Honestly, you’re a bit of a nerd. 🧑🏽🏫 What do we mean by that? Well, you have to have a passion for Software Products, and if Subscription Management makes you tick - we might be a perfect match! 🥰
2-3 years of experience working with SaaS, preferably in a similar position, and possessing a mix of technical, analytical, and creative skills to find innovative solutions for customers are highly valuable. Experience with ERP systems (or CRM) is a must-have in this role.
You are equipped with strong writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate information to individuals in a variety of roles, including those with technical and non-technical understanding.
If you have an overall knowledge of the financial processes in a company - "quote to cash", and can relate to the customer needs, that is considered great knowledge for this role.
In general, we are looking for awesome people with lots of energy, an entrepreneurial touch, and a positive mindset. That helps a lot when being in a noisy scale-up environment.🚀😁

📆 ⏰ starting date for this position will preferably be ASAP.
📍 Please note that we do not offer any kind of relocation package nor will we be recruiting outside of the EU for this position. This role will be based in Stockholm or Amsterdam with a hybrid remote setup.
