More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced subscriptions and their financial operations and reporting.

This is a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in building our US operations alongisde our Founders and CEO.
Younium has recently expanded to the North American market and established a hub in Philadelphia. Now that we’re ramping up and acquiring new customers, we are seeking an individual who not only wants to grow with us, but is prepared to roll up their sleeves and get new clients up and running with Younium. As the Lead Implementation Manager, you will be leading implementation projects during the onboarding phase and ensure the continued success of our customers by maintaining strong relationships and assisting with improvement projects.
As we acquire more customers, we will build an excellent team of customer success managers. This will be a great opportunity for you to help build and potentially lead the Customer Success team while developing processes to help our customers achieve success.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with our accomplished Customer Success team in Europe and work closely with our CEO and Head of Operations in the Philadelphia hub.
As an Implementation Manager at Younium, you will be responsible for one of the most important phases in our customer journey: the onboarding phase. Key responsibilities include:
- Onboard and roll out Younium to new customers
Ensure customer engagement by leading workshops
- Build and configure optimal solutions tailored to each customer
- Educate and support customers on the best utilization of our products and services
Once the customer is live:
- Collaborate with customers to set up a plan for maximizing their ROI with Younium
- Monitor the customer journey and ensure mutual business goals are met
- Lead change projects, improve processes, and educate customers to ensure success with Younium
While enhancing your own expertise and skills, you will also:
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our application and industry benchmarks
You will work closely with the entire Younium organization to further optimize our services:
- Learn about our customers and their needs to provide feedback to our product team for future development
- Be a part of a transparent organization by escalating issues, reporting, and sharing work internally
- Contribute to the continuous development of our products and services by coordinating with sales, marketing, and product development
- Assist sales in their processes with prospective customers to build and present tailor-made solutions using Younium
Who You Are:
We are looking for an energetic person with a positive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit--someone dynamic who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
Experience & skills
While we believe people with drive and curiosity can learn swiftly, checking the below boxes will be advantageous and give you a good head-start in this role:
- 3+ years of experience in Software/SaaS
- Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
- Experience as a technical project manager, consultant, or solutions architect
- Familiar with finance, bookkeeping, and billing & admin processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to individuals in various roles, both technical and non-technical
Eligibility
- You are located in Philadelphia or within commuting distance. You will be based out of the Philadelphia office, but can work remotely some days of the week if needed.
- You are eligible to work full-time in the US, are a US citizen, have a green card, or have a work visa.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter to attend tradeshows.
