More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced B2B subscriptions and in turn manage the financial operations and reporting.

We are a team that moved beyond the start-up stage and is now in a high-paced scaling phase. At Younium, we are striving towards a working environment full of energy, creativity, and transparency, with a forceful collaboration. As of now, we have offices in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Malmö, and Philadelphia. 🎯
Why are you important for us in this role?
Being in the scaling phase with rapid growth, we need backup in the form of a central role pushing, controlling, and developing the expansion, specifically fueling sales with new business opportunities and ultimately getting Younium out there to help new customers with subscription management.
What you will do:
- The starting point of new business development:
- Sustain outbound channel traction in entered markets
- Nurture, qualify and develop inbound leads
- Engage with prospects - qualify, identify needs, and develop to sales opportunities
- Initiate sales processes with prospective customers
- Engage in social selling using various social media tools
- Take responsibility for entering new markets:
- Research potential markets for entry
- Initial prospecting of potential customers
- Support with marketing activities to fuel inbound leads
- Boost traction in both inbound and outbound channels
Who are you?
- An initiative-taker, with a drive to get things done
- Competitive, determined to win and develop, both as a person and as a team at a growing company
- A team player, eager to engage with your coworkers in a learning-environment
- Have strong communication skills and fluent or native English speaker.
- If you speak Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language we see it as a plus.
- University education or similar is an advantage

We are currently a team of 56 people working in Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, and remotely. We are proud that we have a strong community and good team spirit, are agile, and changing rapidly in a growth-oriented environment. We have clear responsibilities and defined ownership, but with a mindset to collaborate and help each other out throughout the team.
