This is a unique opportunity!
Younium is expanding to the North America market and will establish a hub in Philadelphia - this is an opportunity for you to build something from scratch, starting up our US incorporation and operations with our Founders and our CEO. We need you for with generating leads, engaging with prospects, and acquiring customers in order to grow. For this, we need you to shape sales strategies, build and lead a sales team.
What you will do:
Collaborate with our successful Europe sales team and work closely with our CEO, Director of Operations, and Demand Generation Director in the Philadelphia hub.
Generate new customer acquisition, target specific geographical markets in North America, and be a crucial part of Younium’s growth.
Initially be hands-on and carry out activities in the whole sales process from prospecting, discovery meetings, to the negotiation process, and closing.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects and customers.
Develop the sales strategy and processes for the North America market.
Build and lead a sales team.
Build relationships with prospects and partners, lead sales activities, support marketing activities such as webinars and events, and other means of driving demand and growth.
Plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up on the sales budget and goals.
Who are you?
Experience and proven track record in building sales organizations and growth in a market, preferably in the SaaS/Software industry.
Managerial experience, building and leading a team, preferably sales and for a B2B SaaS/Software company.
Hands-on sales experience, preferably from a B2B SaaS/Software company with a focus on customer acquisition and know-how to engage with prospects and take them through a sales process all the way to becoming a customer.
University or related business/marketing education.
We believe that you have good knowledge in marketing/sales tech stacks (plus if experience with HubSpot).
You are fluent in English and any other additional language is beneficial.
Market knowledge of North America, especially the United States.
You will be based in Philadelphia, but can work 100% remotely.
You are eligible for working full-time in the US, being a US citizen, having a green card, or a work visa.
Willing to travel to Philadelphia at least once every month.
