starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle complex subscriptions and in turn manage the financial operations and reporting.

The role

You will join our successful Sales team and work in close collaboration with other experts like Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, other Business Development Representatives and of course with our Marketing team. We have a very strong product market fit and need to increase our Sales and Marketing effort even more as we grow on several mature and on new markets.

Being in the scaling phase with rapid growth, we need backup in the form of a central role pushing, controlling, and developing the expansion, specifically fueling sales with new business opportunities, and ultimately getting Younium out there to help new customers with subscription management. Some of your daily tasks will be, reach out to prospects by all means available in collaboration with Marketing, scout and evaluate prospects, following up on inbound, conduct initial calls and meetings and engage in social selling. In the role you will also be the first one to evaluate and enter new markets in collaboration with Marketing.

You will be part of the Stockholm Sales Hub and work together with Marketing, Product and of course the Amsterdam Sales Hub. Although we are working broad your primary focus will probably be on European markets like UK, Germany, Nordics, France.

Who are you?

We are looking for really driven, initiative takers, with strong communication skills and maybe most important, someone who enjoys collaboration and teamwork. It would be nice if you had some experience in Sales and Tech but more important is your hunger to learn and contribute to a fast-paced SaaS company.


We are running around the World looking for new customers, so you need to have almost perfect English language skills. Then, it doesn’t hurt if you also speak Dutch, German, French or Spanish. You are based out of the Stockholm Sales Hub and office but could of course work remotely most of the time.

We are currently a team of 30 Youniumers working in Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, and remotely.
