About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be in charge of our customer's health and success journey. You will get to know their business and challenges and advise them on how Younium could help their business thrive. You will own your territory concerning prioritization, risk management, agreements, and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Together with the customer set up a plan to maximize their return of investment with Younium. Also to follow up on the customer journey and be in charge of that the customer reaches their goals. 
  • Lead change projects, change setups, negotiate, inspire, and educate the customers to help them be successful with Younium. 
  • Continuously learn about the product with the goal to translate customer needs into solutions in the Younium app. 
  • Learn about our customers, their needs and wants, to support our product team in our future development. 
  • Build strong relationships internally. Find a good way of working with all internal stakeholders like Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support. 
  • Be a part of a transparent organization by escalating issues, reporting, and sharing the work internally. 

    Who we are looking for

    We are looking for awesome people with lots of energy, an entrepreneurial touch, and a positive mindset. A person that can be calm under pressure and focused on the goal ahead. 

    • Experience of working with SaaS, preferably in a similar position who possess a mix of technical, analytical, and creative skills to find innovative solutions for customers.
    • A person who has an overall knowledge of the financial process in a company - "quote to cash" and can relate to the customer needs. 
    • Equipped with strong writing and verbal communications skills and the ability to communicate information to individuals in a variety of roles, including those with technical and with non-technical understanding. 
    • A self-motivated person who is able to plan their own time and workload as well as deadlines.
