However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced customer subscriptions.

You will contribute to the fast development of the Younicorn by finding, attracting and selecting the best talentsūü¶Ą¬†We are in rapid growth and within 1-1,5 years we see that you can become our first HR Manager!

What you will do:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Younium you will work closely with our hiring managers, ensuring that our recruitment strategy supports their needs and building a truly diverse and inclusive place to work.

You’re responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process, create excellent candidate experience and coordinate interviews for hiring managers. Your role will be hands on and mainly focus on the first stage in the recruitment process; find, attract and select candidates through different channels but also tasks related to employer branding and onboarding. 

You will be the first person in the company working full time with TA, recruitment marketing and related tasks. This is unique chance to build something great! Long term we want you to grow into the role as HR Manager with your own team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our recruitment marketing and employer branding¬†strategy together with our CMO
  • Write and create job Ads (written, video, out of the box ideas)
  • Source candidates, organize and lead screening calls & first interviews
  • Establish contact with and select appropriate recruitment firms and head hunters
  • Administration in our ATS Teamtailor and educate managers in the system if needed
  • Act as a business partner and influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles
  • Ensure we maintain a high standard of candidate experience
  • Improve our internal hiring process, tools & reporting
  • Lead some recruiting internal projects such as referral projects, recruiting events, employer branding etc.

Skills & Background

  • 2-5 years of experience managing recruitment in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a IT/SaaS company
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration,¬†HRM or another relevant field
  • Business mindset with a hunter mentality and likes sourcing and search
  • Understanding of digital recruitment marketing strategy (or eager to learn)
  • Great skills in relationship management, with the ability to be a partner to hiring managers and external recruitment partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (plus with other languages)
  • Must have experience with recruiting for one or several of the roles: B2B/Tech Sales and marketing, developers, Customer relations/customer success, specialist roles within product management.

Nice to have

  • Skills in various sourcing methodologies
  • Experiences in social selling i.e for recruitment and employer branding purposes

You will report to our CMO Emelie Linheden but work closely with all our Hiring Managers. Home office will be Stockholm so you need live there or be able to travel there 1-2 days/week.

We are currently a team of 35 people working in Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, and remotely.
